Spacious and comfortable holiday apartment with a private pool, summer kitchen and fireplace is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in the peaceful village of Porat on the island of Krk. It is situated 250 meters from the sea, allowing quick access to beaches while providing tranquility and privacy for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends.

The apartment covers 90 m² and is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The entrance leads to a hallway connecting the other rooms. The central part of the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, featuring all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is connected to a cozy living room with a sofa set and an LED-SAT TV.

On the first floor of the apartment has three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with double beds and  linens. Every bedroom is airy and ensures a comfortable night’s sleep. Guests have access to two bathrooms. The larger bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and fan, while the smaller one includes a shower cabin, toilet, and sink. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels.

The spacious terrace is shaded and equipped with a dining table and a fireplace, perfect for preparing local delicacies. A standout feature is the private pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. Here, you can enjoy the sun and refresh yourself in a quiet and green surroundings.
