Apartment „Oliver“ is in the center of village Soline, just 150 meters away from pier or beach. It is located in the 2nd row of houses to he street to Klimno, directly laying at the edge of a lovely old forest out of oaks and pines or at the entrance to the „Camino Krk“ (huge hiking are at the island of Krk). By that you can start your hiking- and biking-tours directly from the apartment. Apartment has a fast WLAN/WiFi as well as a new 55-inch-Smart TV for all of your TV programs and streaming services.

The 3-room-apartment has two parking places and a big covered terrace (with moskito- and sunset-protection), which allows you a tremendous look tot he sea as well as to the grommed grean area oft he village.

Here you can enjoy your meals as well as great sunsets and make your own BBQ with an electric barbecue. The 2nd Smart TV (login with your own Samsung-account) changes the terrace into a 2nd Outdoor-living room, so that you or your children can enjoy your own TV program separatly.

The apartment has also two separted bath rooms with great and luxurios showers, so that you cannot disturb with your children or friends. The design-bedrooms offer you astylish ambiance and relaxing sleeping through a folding shutter and Pleated. A washing machine as well as a dishwasher make you autonomous and living like at home.

The kitchen involves a separated coffee-bar with 2 coffee machines. When weather is not very well you can enjoy your meals also in the living room from the table bar with barstools, which is always cool thanks to its location in the 1st floor and a powerful air conditioner.
